Join us to create a beautiful orchid arrangement. We think orchids are simply stunning and love to see them all over our home! In this workshop we will talk about how to care for your orchid to help it live a long and beautiful life. This workshop will include step-by-step instructions as well as all materials needed. This workshop will be taught by our favorite plant aficionado Alex. Registration is required.
Join us Saturday, March 24, from 9 am to 3 pm for our 13th annual Plant a Row for the Hungry event, benefitting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. For every non-perishable food item you donate (think canned goods, peanut butter, dried beans, etc.) we’ll give you a free Southwood Grown tomato plant (limit ten per person).
In this workshop you will create your very own piece of living art made of succulents and driftwood. We have a great selection of the cutest and most unique succulents for you to choose from. You will also get to pick the special piece of driftwood that speaks to you. This workshop is taught by our favorite plant aficionado Alex. Come prepared to have fun! Registration is required.
From deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs to annuals, perennials...and yes, even tropicals, Paul James will showcase the plants he’s most excited about -- some old, some new, but all cool -- and explain why you’ll probably want to find a spot for them somewhere in your landscape.
Class is free, but registration is required.
Kokedama translates to “moss ball”. It is a Japanese art that has become more and more popular the last few years, and we sure LOVE it! In this workshop you will create two of your very own kokedamas to take home and display or hang in your house. You will also leave with the knowledge of how to create more on our own if you become addicted. This workshop is taught by our plant aficionado Alex. Registration is required.
