Join Paul James as he walks you through the tasty world of tequila and samples some of his favorites, including blanco, reposado, and anejo versions, while simultaneously showing you his favorite desert plants, including cacti and succulents and -- of course -- agave, without which there would be no tequila! Don't expect fancy margaritas or other mixed drinks. And don't think you'll be shooting this spirit from a shot glass. This is strictly for the tequila purist, so plan on doing some slow sipping (and savoring).
Cost of class is $10, and is limited to 30 guests. Registration is required. Light food pairings will be served.
