Spirits of Adventure - Vermouth

The world of vermouth is fascinating, delicious, and all the rage these days -- thanks in large part to the numerous herbs and spices used to make them, including sage, basil, thyme, wormwood, coriander, and juniper berries. Sample six (maybe more) of Paul’s favorite vermouths, and learn about the plants used to flavor them. Light refreshments will be served.
